The company IPM ENGINEERING, s.r.o., ID no.: 36502618, address: Sokolská 12, 960 01 Zvolen (hereinafter „Operator“ or „we“), is the operator of all information systems, where the personal data are processed, and it processes them in terms of legislation in force.
The Operator proceeds at the processing of personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation of the Slovak Republic and European Union legislation, while the protection of privacy of the concerned persons and personal data protection, which are provided and processed, are maximally protected.
The processing of collected and provided personal data is part of the Operator's activity. Without providing personal data and without processing it, the clients or other concerned persons could not be provided with the services or the Operator could not fulfil its legal obligations to the required extent.
The current legislation allows the Operator to process personal data based on multiple legal bases. The processing of personal data takes place in particular based on the legislation (i.e. without the consent of the person concerned) or by the consent of the person concerned.
The processing of personal data under the law means that even without your consent, we may process your personal data to perform our activities or fulfilling our obligations. The basis for such processing of your personal data is the applicable legislation relating to our activity (service).
If there is no legitimate reason to process your personal data without your consent, we process your personal data only on the basis of your consent.
Personal data processed by us may also be processed by third parties, provided that it is necessary to fulfil our commitment to you, our clients, and the provision of our services or the fulfilment of our duties. When selecting these partners, we always take care to ensure a high standard of protection of your personal data.
The personal data of the person concerned may be processed in the countries of the European Union and in the countries which are contractual party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Personal data may only be transferred to third countries, where the European Commission considers the legal status as having an adequate level of personal data protection.
The operator processes your personal data either manually or by electronic systems. The operator has taken all the necessary and inevitable measures, not only technical but also personal and control-oriented so that the level of the protection of your personal data is as high as possible.
