The company was established in February 2005; it is incorporated in the Commercial Registrar of District Court Banská Bystrica, section: Sro., file no. 22303/S.
At that time, transformation of many machine-engineering businesses was completed; many of them, however, were unable to facilitate innovation or new products development and these activities need to be ensured by external authority.
